    ASUS Switzerland GmbH is looking for

    One PM and Key Account Sales, who will manage the customer accounts including distributors and key accounts, drive sales to reach the company targets, maintain and build up the customer relationships, monitor channel stocks and sell out, update price list, feedback business intelligence to BDM (Business Development Manager), and escalate concerns that the customer may have.

    One Technical PR and Marketing Specialist, who assists in providing a positive organizational image to the general public, clients, and media. Oversees preparation and dissemination of press releases and articles and coordinates media events. Manages all aspects of marketing programs for specified product(s). Designs, develops, and executes marketing strategies and directs advertising and promotional activities. Determines the most appropriate medium to advertise products or services at the best cost.

    PM and Key Account Sales

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    o In charge of Price list, Forecast, Revenue, and Product development in the Swiss market.
    o Develop and execute sales and marketing plan to maximize revenue.
    o Sales Quota Achievement.
    o Weekly Sell Out Reporting (Report Upload and Mapping, Summarize, and Analysis).
    o Identify, pursue, and maintain key relationship with distributors and targeted strategic partners.
    o Identify and articulate market trends.
    o Market Intelligence & market competition feedback to BDM.
    o Provide ASUS Products hardware & software troubleshooting via telephone & email to board level.
    o Excellent oral & written communication skills in German (able to speak French and Italian a plus).
    o Have excellent attendance & arrive on time to work and meetings.
    o Goal oriented, and team work spirit.
    o Channel Business Management & Development
    a. Responsible for supporting BDM on the channel (distributors, resellers, e-tailers, and key accounts) business development in CH market.
    b. Product Training to distributors' sales and channel customers.
    c. Shop decoration and Channel Marketing Plan and Execution.
    d. Work with Marketing team to maintain ASUS Channel Website.
    e. Weekly monitoring distributors' and ASUS Centers' (royal resellers) weekly sell out and target achieve rate.
    f. Recruit ASUS Center (AC's) Members
    g. Main contact for distributors and AC’s on RMA & DOA escalation case, coordinate with Service Depart to solve customers’ problem, etc.
    h. Support distributors, Resellers, E-tailers & End Users to grow the channel business.
    i. Dealer Shops visit to maintain customer relationship and make sure ASUS in-store visibility and increase ASUS brand recognition & image.
    j. Feedback customer requirements / issues to BDM.
    k. Retain and grow business with customers.

    o Work location: Switzerland (office in Schlieren)
    o Swiss resident or Swiss working permit holders who currently live in Great Zürich area.
    o Fluent in English, German, and French (knowing Italian is a plus).
    o Negotiation skill and logical thinking
    o Channel development experiences (2 years working experience in PC industry is a plus).

    Technical PR and Marketing Specialist

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Build up and develop Press Relations with tech media.
    a. Managing information (pictures, stories, and interviews, etc.) and press releases spreading
    b. Writing or localizing press releases and public relations materials
    c. Journalists follow-up
    d. Press book
    e. Press analysis

    2. Develop the PR database.
    a. Updates
    b. Collecting e-mail addresses
    c. Improving database efficiency

    3. Teamwork with Marketing Specialist to organize Press Conferences and Fairs.
    a. Selecting journalists, creating and spreading the invitations
    b. Journalists’ follow-up + setting meeting for interviews
    c. Organizing the press conference (place rental, conference room, lunch/diner…)

    4. Product Marketing on CPN products and Gaming NB

    5. Coop with local technical media to gain more exposures, more written articles, and win awards.

    6. Press tours or technical seminar.

    7. Work closely with the global marketing team to plan, drive, and coordinate the creation of the editorial content for related marketing activities.

    8. Collaborate with designers in making advertisements

    9. New PR samples testing, and setup before sending out for reviews

    10. Answer technical questions from media, our partners and end customers

    11. Establishes marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.

    12. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.

    o Proficiency in MS Office Applications
